Max is our founder with over 12 years of experience in the gaming industry. Max co-founded number of poker and casino operations, quickly becoming a casino operator with Microgaming in 2006. Following the sale of this business in 2011, Max moved into the gaming software industry before setting up White Hat Gaming in 2012.
Chief Executive Officer
Phil is our Chief Executive Officer with over 12 years experience in the industry. Having started his professional career in software development and technical sales, Phil moved on to hold a number of operational roles within various Microgaming casinos, before taking up this position with White Hat Gaming in 2016.
Chief Technical Officer
Steve is our Chief Technical Officer, with over 17 years of experience as a software architect. He specializes in building powerful, scalable software programs. Prior to joining us here at White Hat, Steve was Chief Architect at iJento, a leading UK Customer Intelligence Provider.

Erik is our Chief Operations Officer with more than 13 years of experience in the gaming industry and 20 years of business development experience. Erik is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.

Andrew is our Chief Financial Officer and MLRO with over 15 years experience. He has held numerous financial controller roles with companies like Sportingbet. He was also responsible for establishing GVC's MGA-licensed operations in Malta. Andrew joined White Hat Gaming in 2015.

Andrew is our Global Head of Compliance with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Holding a variety of roles over the years with Ladbrokes, Sportingbet, William Hill and Ladbrokes Coral, Andrew has since been at the forefront of regulation having experience in the application and ongoing regulatory requirements in the UK, Italy, Malta, Denmark and Spain.
Emma is our General Counsel and Data Protection Officer with over 10 years of experience. Prior to joining us in 2017, Emma had various gaming roles including Head of Legal and Regulation for Kambi and European Legal Counsel for Sportingbet. Emma started her legal career as a corporate and private equity lawyer in the London office of a top tier US law firm.
