We are looking for a motivated Spanish American Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.

Spanish American Customer Support Agent Responsibilities:

  • Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers¬†
  • Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction

Spanish American Customer Support Agent Requirements:

  • Fluent in Latin American Spanish and Rioplatense Spanish, both written and spoken alongside good English skills
  • Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally¬†
  • A positive attitude
